One Small Change

A group workshop series

In this group we'll support each other in the process of establishing a new habit or routine in our daily lives

Maybe you’re feeling stuck. Maybe you’ve been trying to start something new, or have tried several times, but you just can’t find the chutzpah to make it stick.

This group will help!


If you had five weeks with a supportive group, what one small change would you bring into your life?

Would you do something fun?
Like get in creative flow before your family wakes up,
dance until you sweat,
or listen to standup comedy on your drive to work…

Or would you prefer to add something for your health?
Would you do PT exercises for your old injury,
make a healthy breakfast
or walk around the block every day…

Or self improvement?
You could meditate at dawn,
practice acoustic guitar on the porch,
or read a sacred text every night in bed…

Or would you want to use this group to move past blocks?
Like sort a past month of digital photos at lunch,
build your business’s social media presence,
or clean out your disgusting basement…

These are all ideas… you can do whatever you want, as long as it is something you ADD to your life.

Past participants have had daily goals like:
* Drink plenty of water
* Read 100 pages of a book
* Plan my day every morning
* Ride my Peloton at 6am every day (hi Mandy)


I love this group. People are so interesting. You can't help but root for someone when they really want something simple and good for themselves.


To establish your routine, we’ll look for a cue in your daily life. Then we’ll get really specific about what you’re going to do, and we’ll create an action statement, like:

Right after I feed the cat in the morning, I meditate for five minutes.


After this we’ll look at what you’ll need to START. What materials do you need to gather?

Do you need to get buy-in from family members?

Do you need to block it off in your calendar?

Then you’ll be ready to start your new behavior.

The following weeks we'll tweak and refine the routine, until it's locked in.

You’ll take small steps to make the changes you want. Nothing overwhelming, nothing happens overnight.

I'm bringing this group back because people loved it and have been requesting it (especially Azure).

We meet on Zoom once a week for five weeks with 3-5 participants per group.
